By creating an Ice Breaker account, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
Who can use Ice Breaker
You must be 18 or older and able to agree to these terms. One account per person, and the details on your card must be about you.
Zero tolerance for abuse
Ice Breaker has no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You may not post or send anything that is:
- harassing, threatening, hateful, or bullying
- sexually explicit, or sexual content involving anyone under 18
- violent, or encouraging harm to yourself or others
- spam, scams, or impersonation of someone else
- illegal, or that violates someone else's rights or privacy
Don't use Ice Breaker to stalk, follow, or pressure anyone in person. If someone isn't interested, leave them alone.
Reporting and blocking
You can block anyone, which hides you from each other, and report anyone from their card. We review reports within 24 hours. We remove content that breaks these terms and remove the accounts of people who post it.
Meeting people in person
Ice Breaker helps you start conversations with people nearby, but we don't screen users. Use your own judgment, meet in public places, and contact local emergency services if you ever feel unsafe.
Your content
You own what you add to Ice Breaker. You let us store and show it to other users as the app describes, only to run the service. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how you can delete it.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in the app under My card > Delete my account. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms.
No warranty
Ice Breaker is provided as is. We aren't responsible for what other users say or do, on the app or in person. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us, which is nothing.
Changes
If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Using Ice Breaker after a change means you accept the new terms.
